There are many platforms available that contain OER, the platforms listed below are a good starting place to find openly available law resources.

  • Open Educational Resources Collective - The primary platform for the publication of Australian OER. The Open Educational Resources Collective is an initiative of the Council of Australian University Librarians.
  • Australian National University (ANU) Law: Playlist of 23 Law Videos from The Australian National University.
  • LaTrobe eBureau - LaTrobe eBureau publications high-quality open educational resources enabling La Trobe University teaching staff to be the authors of their own open textbooks.
  • Bloomsbury Collections - Hart Publishing Ltd have released 48 ebook titles as Open Access. When searching for ebooks on the Bloomsbury Collections website, select "Only Show Open Access Titles" in the filter.
  • H2O - was built at Harvard Law School by the Library.  You can find casebooks, cases and authors. All the content on H2O is licensed for sharing and adaptation under a Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0)
