It's Mind Matters week! Deakin is committed to improving the mental health of our students through prevention, response and continuous improvement. There are a range of mental health wellbeing support services both on campus and online.

Life can be stressful, so looking after your mental health is vital. Explore the options on this page for ways to look after your mental health and wellbeing.

Student wellbeing services

The Student wellbeing page is a great place to check out the extensive support available to students. They include:

  • Deakin medical centres: accessible and confidential medical services for students
  • Counselling: make an appointment with a counsellor, psychologist or social worker
  • Disability support services: the Disability Resource Centre (DRC) is available to support students with resources and adjustments that will allow you to achieve your best.
