The VCAT website can be found at www.vcat.vic.gov.au and decisions that are more than 2 months old can be found on the AustLII (Australasian Legal Information Institute) database. AustLII includes links to judgements (case law) from VCAT and reports from Planning Panels Victoria. Unrestricted Access.


Red Dot VCAT planning decisions

Red Dot decisions
Some VCAT decisions are designated as "red dot" decisions. Red Dot decisions are a means of identifying VCAT decisions that are of significance or interest to the broader planning community. To find Red Dot decisions search for "red dot" in the search box of the AustLII VCAT database.
