Media, both traditional and social (eg. twitter posts, blog posts) can be useful sources of public opinion and ethical case studies.
Here are a few resources to get you started.

Informit's EduTV provides access to selected material from Australian free to air television, including current affairs and documentaries, including Insight, Four Corners, Catalyst and Junior Doctors. Licensing and Resource Information.

Search Newsbank for newspaper articles from local, national and international newspapers.  Licensing and Resource Information.

The UK's national broadcasting network, analogous to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). This links directly to the religion and ethics component of the BBC website.  Use the search box with key words like medical ethics or your specific topic.
